Consent Statement for Signup
By creating an account and signing up for our services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You understand that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of creating and managing your account, delivering the services you request, communicating important updates, ensuring platform security, and enhancing your overall user experience. You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this consent and Data Privacy Agreement below, please do not proceed with the signup process.
1. Data Collection and Use
We collect personal data provided during signup and through your interaction with our services. Such data may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, identification details, and usage or technical data.
We process this information solely to:
- provide and maintain our services;
- verify your identity and manage your account;
- communicate with you;
- ensure security, fraud prevention, and compliance; and
- improve the functionality and performance of our platform.
2. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (“NDPA”) and industry best practices.

5. Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Agreement or as required under applicable laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
6. Children’s Data
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 18 without verified parental or guardian consent.
7. Data Breach Management
Should a data breach occur that is likely to pose a risk to your rights or freedoms, we will take appropriate remedial action and notify you and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission as required under the NDPA.
8. Liability and Indemnity
Each Party shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement attributable to it and shall indemnify the other Party for proven losses arising from its non-compliance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Termination
Upon termination of your account or cessation of service use, we will return or securely delete all personal data in our possession, except where retention is required by law. We will also provide confirmation where necessary.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Where appropriate, you will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of these terms and the revised terms.
